A quieter way
to come home
to yourself.
Stillpine is grounded wellness coaching for women in transition. Somatic practice, nervous-system work, and honest conversation — paced at the speed of rest.
Three shapes
of support.
Each container is built around your nervous system, your schedule, and whatever season of life you’re in. No rigid programs. No “one size fits all.”

Twelve weeks, one on one. Weekly 60-min sessions, voice notes between, a curated toolkit of practices built around you.
Rooted Circle
A six-week intimate circle of eight women. Live weekly calls, a private community, and practices you can fold into an already-full life.
Reset Day
A single 3-hour deep session for when something needs tending now. Bring the knot, leave lighter — with a follow-up voice note two weeks later.
I don’t coach mindset.
I coach the body that carries it.
Most of what keeps you stuck isn’t a mindset problem — it’s a nervous system that never learned it was safe to rest. So we start there: slower than you think, gentler than you’re used to, and honest in a way most programs aren’t.
Trauma-informed
Held, never forced.
Evidence-based
Polyvagal, IFS, SE-adjacent.
Cyclical
Matched to your season.
Real talk
No toxic positivity.
A gentle arc,
not a checklist.
Discovery call
20 minutes, free. We see if we’re a fit. No pressure, no pitch.
Intake
A deep, thoughtful questionnaire. Not a form — an invitation to name what’s true.
Arc begins
Weekly sessions, practices, voice-note support between. Your rhythm, held.
Integration
Closing ritual, reflection, and a toolkit that lives in your bones, not your notes app.
What actually
changes.
Not every story is dramatic. Most are small, steady shifts — the breath that holds, the no that lands, the morning that feels less like a performance.
I came in exhausted and performing. I left feeling like myself — quieter, but deeper. The breathwork alone changed my sleep.
Luna doesn’t fix you. She helps you find the version of yourself that was already there, underneath all the noise.
I’d done therapy for years. This reached something therapy couldn’t — the body part. I didn’t know I was allowed to feel this settled.
Before you
wonder.
If something here doesn’t land, just ask. Email me directly and I’ll write back — personally, within a business day.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No — and I’ll always point you toward a therapist if what’s surfacing needs one. Coaching is forward-facing and practice-oriented; therapy holds older wounds. The two can (and often do) run beautifully in parallel.
What if I don’t know what I need?
That’s often exactly the right place to start. Most of my clients arrive with a vague “something’s off.” My job is to help you find the thread.
Do you work with men?
I specialise in coaching women and nonbinary folks navigating burnout, boundaries, and cyclical living. If you’re a man drawn to this work, I’ll happily refer you to a colleague I trust.
Are sessions virtual or in person?
Mostly virtual via Zoom — which lets you land softly in your own space. A few in-person immersions happen yearly in upstate NY; ask if you’re curious.
How do I know if we’re a fit?
The discovery call is the cleanest way to find out. If we’re not a match, I’ll suggest someone in my network who is.
